Hybrx

The coach that has read every one of your workouts.

Runs, gym sessions, weight, meals: Hybrx works on your real data and answers in words. It does not tell you what you did — it tells you what to do now.

Running Gym Weight Food Memory Coach
The problem, and the answer

People who train have the data. Nobody reads it for them.

A watch records every second of every run. Then you open an app and find charts. Charts do not say what to do tomorrow.

  • Apps measure everything, and all of it is mute: none of them says whether tomorrow's session should move.
  • A coach who actually looks at your files costs between 100 and 200 € a month.
  • A generic assistant does not have your data: it gives you magazine advice.
  • And bad advice delivered confidently is what gets you injured.

It starts from your numbers

It reads the workouts you actually did, compares them with what you had planned, and says one thing: what to do now.

No data, no sentence

When a measurement is missing the coach says nothing rather than guessing. And when a measurement contradicts an old note, the measurement wins.

Running and the gym in one head

Thursday's advice about your run accounts for Wednesday's legs under a barbell. A specialist app cannot do that: it only ever sees half of you.

The product today

Six things the app already does

Imports

.FIT files from your watch and a Strava connection: runs arrive on their own, with nothing to press. Sessions recorded twice are recognised and merged.

Plans

The training week the coach proposes, with sessions you can move day by day. Gym schedules are photographed off a sheet of paper instead of retyped.

Tracks

Sets, loads, rests, exercises added on the spot. What you actually do goes back into the schedule, so next time it starts from the right loads.

Feeds

Meals written in words or photographed, with an estimate of the macros. Your nutritionist's plan is uploaded and the app says what to eat today.

Explains

Every box on the home page opens and explains itself: why the week looks like this, what changed, what to watch. Plus a chat that answers on anything in your data.

Remembers

The notes you write and the ones the coach works out come back in answers weeks later. Visible, editable, deletable: the memory is yours.

How it works

Four steps, then you just train

1

Connect your watch

Strava in one click, or .FIT files. From then on your activities arrive by themselves.

2

Say what you want

Goal, injuries, allergies. Three questions, before any schedule or plan.

3

Train

Tick your sets at the gym, photograph your plate at lunch. There is nothing else to fill in.

4

Ask

"Why am I so tired?" — and it answers with your loads, your hours, your paces.

Where we stop

The things this app refuses to do

In a product that touches health, the limits are a feature rather than a gap.

No AI-written diets

A meal plan is a serious thing: the app uploads and reads your nutritionist's, it does not replace them.

Three compulsory questions

Goal, injuries, allergies, before every schedule. A declared injury enters as a constraint: the exercise is unavailable, not available with a lighter load.

Photos are not kept

The plate and the schedule are photographed, read once and thrown away. No image ever enters the database.

The data is yours

Every athlete sees only their own data. Account deletion is self-service; access and portability requests are handled through the privacy contact channel.

The plans

Try everything. Pay for the part that costs.

The free plan is not a crippled demo: it is the whole application, with the features that cost us money rationed.

  • Schedules, loads, calendar and food by hand: unlimited
  • 3 photo scans in total, as a welcome
